The Seoul Shilla Hotel was recognized for its service excellence, including customer service and hospitality from check-in to check-out, meticulous room maintenance, and attentive care for guests. Earlier this past February, it also became the first hotel in Korea to be named a 5-star hotel for eight consecutive years by the global travel evaluation magazine “Forbes Travel Guide.”
In addition, four fine-dining restaurants at the Seoul HotelShilla were included in “La Liste 2025.” “The Library” was also named a “Hotel Star Bar” by Forbes Travel Guide last month.
