[Edaily Reporter Kim Ji-woo ] Baekmidang, a coffee and ice cream brand operated by NamyangDairyProducts(003920), is launching a series of new menu items for the summer season to capitalize on beverage demand.

Baekmidang announced on the 28th that it has unveiled its “Yogurt Ice Cream Topped with Honeycomb,” made with organic milk. This is the third limited-edition soft-serve ice cream menu of the season, following the strawberry and corn soft-serve ice creams launched in the first half of this year.

The new product features Baekmidang’s organic milk-based yogurt ice cream topped with a whole piece of domestically produced honeycomb.

On the 29th, the company will introduce “Watermelon Sikhye,” a combination of domestically produced watermelon and sikhye. It will also launch three varieties of the “Black Mulberry Series” made with seasonal Sunchang black mulberries: Black Mulberry Milk Ice Cream, Black Mulberry Lemonade, and Black Mulberry Sikhye.

With the exception of the Mulberry Lemonade, these new menu items will be available for a limited time at Baekmidang stores nationwide.

To celebrate the launch of the new menu, Baekmidang is holding an event on its official Instagram account through the 2nd of next month. Participants who follow Baekmidang’s official account and take part in a quiz about the ingredients used in the new menu items will be entered into a drawing to win mobile gift cards.
