Revenue rose 41% year-over-year to 5.5272 trillion won. This marks the highest second-quarter figure in the company’s history. Including first-quarter results, first-half revenue reached 11.0621 trillion won, marking the first time the company has surpassed 10 trillion won in first-half revenue.
LG Innotek’s performance has historically followed a pattern of strong first halves and weak second halves. President Moon explained, “The first-half results this year confirm that we are moving beyond the long-standing pattern of performance concentrated in the second half and are building a more balanced and solid foundation for growth.”
He added, “Going forward, we will further strengthen our high-value-added portfolio and continuously identify new growth drivers to create sustainable value together with our customers, partners, and society.”
