[Edaily Reporter SONG YOUNG-DOO ] SEERS TECHNOLOGY(458870), a wearable AI diagnostic monitoring company, announced on the 5th that it has reorganized its operational structure into a business division system and enhanced the operational framework of its “thynC Connected Hub” in line with the expansion of its “thynC™” AI inpatient monitoring platform business.

This reorganization is a measure aimed at enhancing the platform’s operational competitiveness rather than simply expanding the organization. Based on the field experience accumulated through its current operations at approximately 220 medical institutions nationwide—covering about 20,000 hospital beds—SEERS’ strategy is to further widen the gap with competitors by enhancing customer experience (CX) and operational efficiency.

The company expanded its existing operations organization into a business division structure and separated the Operations Team from the Infrastructure Team. The Operations Team is dedicated to hospital operations and customer experience (CX), strengthening engagement with medical institutions, while the Infrastructure Team is responsible for hardware and AI software operations, as well as the procurement of key materials and cost management, thereby enhancing supply chain stability and price competitiveness.

A dedicated hospital CX (Customer Experience) organization has also been newly established. By building a hybrid support system that combines an AI-based customer support system with specialized consultants, the company plans to respond swiftly to hospital inquiries and VOC (Voice of Customer) and incorporate accumulated customer feedback into product and service improvements.

SEERS emphasized that the competitiveness of its AI healthcare platform lies not simply in increasing the number of hospitals, but in the data and know-how accumulated during operations. The company explained that as the number of hospitals grows, installation experience, operational standards, incident response history, and customer requirements are accumulated, creating a virtuous cycle that leads to the advancement of AI services and product improvements.

In particular, given that the total number of hospital beds in South Korea is approximately 700,000, the company believes that its current scale of 20,000 beds is merely the beginning. It expects that if the number of operational beds expands to 50,000 or 100,000 in the future, the accumulated operational data and customer experience itself will become platform assets that competitors will find difficult to match in the short term.

Jeong Hoon, Director of Think’s Business Division, stated, “The core competitive advantage of an AI healthcare platform lies in continuously incorporating the operational data and customer experiences accumulated in clinical settings into the improvement of AI services and products.” He added, “Based on the accumulated operational data, we will enhance service quality and operational efficiency to continuously strengthen the competitiveness of the Think platform.”
