Kbank announced on the 6th that it is launching two new partnership services related to saving on living expenses and asset management.
First, “Compare Mobile Plans and Get Cashback” is a service that allows users to compare and sign up for 28 budget mobile plans from the three major telecom carriers at a glance. Users can access this service through the “T-Plus” page—a linked budget mobile brand—within the Kbank app.
After signing up, customers who register their Kbank account for automatic payment of their mobile bills will receive exclusive Kbank benefits. Starting the month after sign-up, they will receive 5,000 won in Naver Pay points every month for six months, allowing them to earn up to 30,000 won in cashback.
There are also services for customers interested in personal finance. Kbank is launching the “AI Real Estate Auction Finder” service in partnership with “Dangjipgo Auction,” an AI-based auction information platform. Its key strength is that it is designed to allow users to easily and securely access information on judicial and public auctions, which were previously difficult and complex.
Users can easily browse a wide range of auction and public sale properties nationwide—including apartments and commercial spaces—and access everything from basic information to expert-level in-depth reports all in one place.
Kbank has diversified its search methods to allow users to find properties tailored to their individual situations. It offers an “AI Auction Finder” feature where users can enter their desired conditions in a conversational manner—such as “Find apartments near ○○-dong Elementary School”—and the AI will recommend suitable properties. Additionally, users can explore auction and public sale properties that align with their investment goals through recommended themed listings curated jointly by AI and experts.
The service provides basic information for each property, such as tenant status and land registry details. The VIP Investment Analysis Report offers in-depth information to aid investment decisions, including title analysis, estimated bid and sale prices, and capital gains analysis. A key feature is that the information is based on official court data, ensuring high reliability.
A Kbank official stated, “We have expanded our partnership services to broadly reflect our customers’ financial needs, ranging from reducing communication costs to real estate investment,” adding, “We will continue to collaborate with various partners to introduce differentiated services that provide tangible benefits and convenience to our customers.”
