The success of its “Artificial Intelligence Transformation” (AX) training programs is cited as the primary driver behind the improved second-quarter performance. As the adoption of AI by corporations, public institutions, and universities gains momentum, demand for hands-on training has increased, leading to an 18% rise in AI training revenue compared to the previous quarter. Public institutions such as the Korea Tourism Organization and the Korea International Trade Association, as well as major universities including Kyung Hee University, Sookmyung Women’s University, and The Catholic University of Korea, have successively adopted Wanted’s AI training programs. The government is also significantly expanding its AI investment, strengthening the foundation for market growth in AX training for companies and institutions. Revenue from the recruitment business in the second quarter reached 6.9 billion won, an 11% increase from the previous quarter. This growth is attributed to rising demand from companies for AI-native talent. In the global arena, Wanted is boosting the recruitment of global talent through its “Wanted Global Membership” program and is targeting the Japanese human resources (HR) market—which is approximately 20 times larger than the Korean market—through collaboration with its portfolio company, the Japanese IT talent matching platform “Laplace.” Wanted Lab Inc. plans to focus on restructuring its business model around helping companies transition to AI-native operations. Based on “Ennoia,” an enterprise-grade agent creation and operation solution, the company is providing an integrated package that connects everything from training and change management to agent development and talent recruitment. Currently, over 700 agents are in operation across approximately 20 companies and institutions. Lee Bok-ki, CEO of Wanted Lab Inc., stated, “In line with the market trend toward AI-native transformation, we have expanded our capabilities and infrastructure beyond recruitment to become an AX partner over the past three years, thereby broadening our impact.” He added, “In the second half of this year, we will expand the share of our global and AX businesses to about 50% of our total operations to strengthen our mid- to long-term growth potential.”
