(Photo: Financial Supervisory Service) According to the “Corporate Direct Financing Results for July 2026” released by the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) on the 26th, the total amount of public offerings of stocks and corporate bonds was 26.342 trillion won (1.4924 trillion won in stocks and 24.8496 trillion won in corporate bonds), a decrease of 499.9 billion won (1.9% down) from the previous month. First, the total volume of stock issuances amounted to 1.4924 trillion won across 7 deals, an increase of 1.1769 trillion won (up 373.0%) compared to the previous month (10 deals, 315.5 billion won). Of these, initial public offerings (IPOs) totaled 2 deals worth 61.6 billion won, representing a decrease of 4 deals (66.7% decrease) and a decrease of 103.4 billion won (62.7% decrease) compared to the previous month (6 deals, 165.0 billion won). Both deals were listings on the KOSDAQ market. Paid-in capital increases totaled 5 deals worth 1.4308 trillion won. Compared to the previous month (4 deals, 150.5 billion won), the number of deals increased by 1 (up 25.0%), and the total amount increased by 1.2803 trillion won (up 850.7%). This result includes a 1.1713 trillion won paid-in capital increase by HANWHA SOLUTIONS(009830). In July, the total volume of corporate bond issuances was 315 issues totaling 24.8496 trillion won, a decrease of 1.6768 trillion won (6.3% ↓) compared to the previous month (434 issues, 26.8419 trillion won). Issuances of general corporate bonds totaled 23 issues worth 2.777 trillion won, an increase of 237 billion won (9.3%↑) compared to the previous month (28 issues, 2.54 trillion won). Financial bonds totaled 263 issues worth 21.8571 trillion won, a decrease of 171 billion won (0.8% down) compared to the previous month (253 issues, 22.0281 trillion won). In addition, the issuance amount of commercial paper (CP) and short-term bonds totaled 175.1742 trillion won, a decrease of 96.9071 trillion won (35.6% down) compared to the previous month (272.0813 trillion won).
