[Edaily Reporter KIM YOON-JEONG ] WonIk WONIK HOLDINGS CO.,LTD.(030530)announced on the 28th that its subsidiary, WonIk Robotics, has decided to conduct a third-party private placement worth 349,999,980,000 won.
WonIk Robotics will issue 13,707,750 convertible preferred shares at 25,533 won per share.
The recipients of the third-party allocation are Growth Solution No. 1 Limited and the Korea Development Bank, and the scheduled payment date is November 20.
The funds raised will be used for facility construction (183.9 billion won), working capital (86.1 billion won), and the acquisition of securities in other companies (80.0 billion won), among other purposes.
Regarding the purpose of the third-party allocation capital increase, the company explained, “It is intended to secure funds necessary for business operations, including the construction of production plants and AX centers, research and development (R&D) of core technologies, strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and working capital.”
