The company will issue 6.3 million new shares at a planned issue price of 4,980 won per share. The record date for the new share allocation is October 2, and 0.4499414112 new shares will be allocated for each existing share.
Of the funds raised, 20 billion won will be used to repay debt, 10.624 billion won for working capital, and 750 million won for other purposes.
Subscription by existing shareholders will take place on November 9–10, with the payment due date set for November 17. The new shares are scheduled to be listed on November 30.
