[E-Daily Reporter Lee Jeong Hun ] StableStock, a Singapore-based on-chain financial services provider, has officially launched its Korean stock trading service. As a result, users can now use stablecoins to invest directly in more than 300 major stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) listed on the Korean stock market, including SamsungElectronics(005930), SK hynix(000660), and HyundaiMotor(005380).

StableStock announced on the 1st (local time) that with the launch of this new Korean stock trading service, it has expanded its global stock investment reach from the U.S. and Hong Kong to South Korea, one of Asia’s major capital markets. From the outset, StableStock has committed to supporting listed securities across South Korea’s major industries, including semiconductors, automobiles, internet platforms, biotechnology, and consumer goods. Initially available securities include major listed companies representing South Korea, such as SamsungElectronics, SK hynix, HyundaiMotor, Naver, and Kakao.

All Korean stocks traded through StableStock are linked to actual underlying stocks, rather than being synthetic assets or simple price-tracking products. Trades are executed through licensed financial institutions, and clearing and custody are also handled through regulated financial infrastructure. Since officially launching its service just over a year ago, StableStock has attracted more than 23,000 users, with cumulative trading volume reaching hundreds of millions of dollars.

The company stated, “South Korea plays a crucial role in global technology and manufacturing supply chains, particularly in the semiconductor, memory, automotive, and high-tech electronics industries. As global investment in artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure continues to expand, South Korean companies such as SamsungElectronics and SK hynix are attracting increasing interest from investors looking to invest in global AI and semiconductor supply chains.”

StableStock has continuously expanded its tradable markets in response to growing demand for global equity investment using stablecoins. In particular, the company is not only expanding its services to include stock markets in new countries but is also building infrastructure that connects traditional stock markets with native trading strategies for digital assets.

The company plans to open its API infrastructure so that traders and institutional investors can utilize StableStock’s real-stock trading capabilities as spot positions for market-neutral strategies or funding rate strategies that employ stock-linked derivatives. Additionally, it plans to launch its own stock funding rate strategy products. The vision is to enable users to more easily access these strategies without having to directly manage both sides of the trade.

Going forward, StableStock plans to continue expanding its services to additional countries and stock markets, enabling stablecoin users to access a broader range of global stock markets through a single, integrated platform. By expanding from U.S. and Hong Kong stocks to South Korea and beyond, StableStock is building a broader bridge connecting stablecoin liquidity with real global stock and crypto-native markets.

StableStock is a stablecoin-based global stock trading platform that enables users worldwide to invest directly in real stocks and ETFs using stablecoins. StableStock has received investments from YZi Labs, MPCi (Matrix Partners China), Vertex Ventures, and others, and is expanding its service scope to global stock markets.
