[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyung-il ] BHI Co., LTD.(083650), a company specializing in power generation equipment, has signed a contract worth 145.3 billion won to supply combined-cycle power generation equipment for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant in Kuwait.

On the 2nd, BHI Co., LTD. announced in a regulatory filing that it had signed a contract with Tie Jun International (HK) Limited to supply LNG combined-cycle power generation equipment. The confirmed contract amount is 145.2518 billion won, which represents 18.8% of the company’s projected consolidated revenue of 774.11688 billion won for 2025.
The contract amount is $106 million, calculated using the exchange rate of 1,370.30 won per dollar as of that day. The contract term runs until April 15, 2029, and the delivery destination is Kuwait.
Payment is due within 45 days of the invoice date, and the advance payment is 10% of the contract amount. BHI Co., LTD. will supply the power generation equipment using its own production methods.
This contract was formalized after BHI received a Limited Notice to Proceed from the client to ensure adherence to the delivery schedule, proceeded with the project in advance, and collected a portion of the payment.
The contracting party, Tie Jun International (HK) Limited, is primarily engaged in the power generation business and has no relationship with BHI Co., LTD. BHI Co., LTD. explained that the contract period and contract amount are subject to change depending on the progress of the project.
