M eighty-three Co.,Ltd. announced on the 3rd that it participated in the “International Patent Information Expo (PATINEX) 2026,” held from the 2nd to the 3rd, and unveiled its AI-based patent management solution, “IP-DO.”
IP-DO is a platform that applies the multimodal AI search technology owned by M eighty-three Co.,Ltd. and Diblat specifically to the patent and intellectual property (IP) sectors. It marks the first tangible result of expanding AI search technology—previously validated in content production—into the B2B software domain.
This solution was released in two versions tailored to different use cases. First, “IP-DO Web” is a website-building platform that allows universities, research institutions, and companies to easily search their patent assets. It utilizes multimodal AI technology to quickly identify patents tailored to technology transfer needs.
“IP-DO Task” is a management solution that uses AI to automatically analyze incoming emails related to patent work and manage associated tasks. It maximizes work efficiency by automating repetitive administrative tasks in patent management.
This project will be carried out under a collaborative structure in which M eighty-three Co.,Ltd. and Dblat are responsible for product design and technological advancement, while PitchTree handles identifying on-site customer needs, sales, and market development. M eighty-three Co.,Ltd. plans to continue expanding its AI capabilities—based on its experience in content creation—into other industries, with Dblat serving as the central hub.
Choi Wan-ho, CEO of Dblat, stated, “We will use our participation in PATINEX as an opportunity to actively promote IP-DO to companies and institutions involved in patents and IP, and to embark on full-scale commercialization.” He added, “By applying our proprietary AI technology to various industries, we will significantly strengthen the competitiveness of M eighty-three Co.,Ltd.’s AI software business.”
