[E-Daily Reporter Park Jung-Soo ] CP SYSTEM(413630)is set to expand its supply of ultra-low-dust and anti-static cable chains to major Chinese semiconductor companies.
CP SYSTEM announced on the 7th that it will participate in the “2026 IICIE International Integrated Circuit Innovation Expo (IICIE 2026),” to be held from the 9th to the 11th at the Shenzhen International Convention Center in China, to showcase its key products, including the “G-CleanChain,” an ultra-low-dust cable chain for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
IICIE 2026 is a specialized Chinese semiconductor exhibition covering the entire value chain, from semiconductor design to wafer manufacturing, packaging and testing, as well as equipment, materials, and components. This year’s event will be held on a scale of approximately 50,000 square meters, with more than 1,100 companies and over 60,000 professional visitors expected to attend. Major semiconductor companies such as Changxin Memory (CXMT), Yangtze Memory (YMTC), and Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), as well as equipment, materials, and components suppliers, are scheduled to participate.
CP SYSTEM has established a track record of supplying G-CleanChain to CXMT’s front-end cleaning equipment through NAURA, a Chinese semiconductor equipment company. The company plans to use this exhibition as an opportunity to expand its existing supply relationships to major Chinese semiconductor manufacturers and equipment companies.
At the exhibition, the company will showcase a product lineup specialized for cleanroom environments in semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment, including △G-CleanChain △ESD (electrostatic discharge) cable chains △RoboWay (robot cable protection system).
The G-Clean Chain is designed for high-cleanliness environments—such as wafer manufacturing and wet cleaning processes—by minimizing fine dust generated during operation. The ESD Cable Chain suppresses the generation and accumulation of static electricity, supporting the stable operation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. As semiconductor processes become increasingly miniaturized and high-precision, the importance of dust and static electricity management grows; the company expects this to expand opportunities for the adoption of these products.
The company is also moving forward with plans to expand its production capacity. CP SYSTEM recently secured a site for the construction of its second factory and completed the financing of a 10 billion won facility investment. The company is proceeding with the expansion with the goal of completing construction in the first half of 2027; once the second factory becomes operational, total production capacity (CAPA) is expected to increase approximately threefold compared to current levels.
A CP SYSTEM official stated, “As Chinese semiconductor companies continue to expand their production capacity and invest in equipment, particularly in AI and advanced memory, opportunities for applying ultra-clean and ESD-resistant products for semiconductor manufacturing equipment are also expanding,” adding “Through IICIE 2026, we will showcase the technological capabilities and supply track record of our G-Clean Chain and ESD Cable Chain products, and we will hold technical consultations and supply discussions with semiconductor equipment manufacturers in southern China to secure new clients and follow-up projects,” the official added.
