All Eyes on Public AX... WebCash Corporation Shares Practical Implementation Plan for AX
“Public Finance AX Strategy Seminars” Held in Four Regions Nationwide
Case Studies on Opera and AXPort; Proposals for Implementing AX in Financial Operations
[Edaily Reporter Kang Min-koo ] Amid growing demand for AI-based business transformation (AX) among public institutions, a forum was held to discuss practical measures for applying AI to finance, treasury, and audit operations.
WebCash Corporation(053580), a financial artificial intelligence (AI) company, held the “Public Finance AX Strategy Seminar” from the 1st to the 9th in four regions across the country, including Seoul, Naju, Daejeon, and Busan.

The event was attended by finance and treasury managers from public institutions across each region, and the number of applicants exceeded the available spots, reflecting strong interest in public finance AX.
The program consisted of four sessions: △ Insights on Financial Operations Innovation and Responding to Management Evaluations △ Case Studies on the Transition to e-Education Treasury △ Practical Implementation of AI MIS at G Bank △ “The Last Mile of Work Completed with AXPort.” Each session introduced AX solutions that public institutions can reference—such as financial data retrieval and analysis, and the automation of repetitive tasks—based on actual implementation cases.
The first session addressed the rationale for implementing AX in public finance operations. WebCash Corporation noted that, amid rising workloads and limited staffing, finance personnel are spending significant time on repetitive tasks such as data retrieval, consolidation, and reconciliation, highlighting the growing need for AI adoption.
Next, using the case study of the e-Education Fund’s transition, the session introduced a public finance AX model that applies the financial data query agent “OPERIA.” OPERIA provides natural language-based query and analysis functions while maintaining existing systems and data, enabling staff to access necessary data without navigating complex menus or query conditions.
A presentation on Bank G’s AI MIS implementation was also given. The presentation explained how AI agents for data retrieval, as applied in the financial sector, are transforming the way frontline staff utilize data.
In particular, WebCash Corporation introduced a structure and verification process that allows finance personnel to directly query and analyze necessary data using only natural language queries, without needing to request assistance from the IT department, and emphasized that public institutions can also prepare for the phased adoption of AX by starting with priority implementation tasks tailored to their specific circumstances.
Additionally, the company presented a plan to improve “last-mile tasks”—tasks that rely on manual labor because existing systems cannot support them—through the VibeCoding platform “AXPort,” which enables line-of-business practitioners to create business apps. AXPort is a platform that enables non-developer frontline staff to create business apps in a browser-based environment, while supporting organizations and companies in managing these apps within a framework of security, access controls, and auditing. WebCash Corporation analyzed that AXPort can address issues such as exception handling specific to each organization and Excel data consolidation tasks.
During the Q&A and consultation sessions with each institution following the presentation, there were numerous inquiries regarding the application of financial AX tailored to each institution’s work environment and implementation conditions. WebCash Corporation plans to support public institutions facing difficulties in adopting financial AX from the planning stage onward.
Kang Won-ju, CEO of WebCash Corporation, stated, “Through this seminar, we confirmed not only the high level of interest in AX among public institutions but also the significant demand for actual implementation cases and specific AX implementation strategies tailored to each institution’s environment.” He added, “Based on the AI technology and implementation experience we have accumulated in the financial and fiscal sectors, WebCash Corporation will support public institutions in phased implementation of Financial AX tailored to their specific circumstances.”
