SKT announced on the 14th that it had successfully concluded the “T Long-Term Customer Program Adventure Day” (hereinafter “Adventure Day”), a special appreciation event for long-term customers.

This event was planned as part of the “T Long-Term Customer Program,” which SKT significantly expanded and revamped this year. A total of 3,000 people—including long-term customers who have used SKT for over 10 years and their companions—were invited to the event, which ran from 11:00 p.m. on the 12th to 5:00 a.m. on the 13th.

Participants enjoyed a unique experience, leisurely enjoying 11 of Lotte World’s signature indoor attractions without waiting in line late into the night.

In addition to the rides, SKT organized a variety of interactive events where attendees could participate directly, including △T Bingo, △Long-Term Customer Showcase, △Time Capsule Shop, and △T Mobile Payment Booth, which were well-received.

Long-term customers who attended the event expressed their satisfaction, saying, “As an SKT customer, I felt a special sense of privilege and belonging,” and “Thanks to the various events, I had so much fun that I lost track of time.”

In particular, Kim Tae-jin, who won the Grand Prize by performing “Running Through the Sky” on the “National Long-Term Customer Talent Show” stage, shared his thoughts, saying, “I’m grateful that they created such a meaningful and unique event for customers,” and added, “I hope to continue with SKT for a long time to come.”

Through the “T Long-Term Customer Program,” SKT goes beyond simple rate discounts or one-time benefits to offer seasonal, customized perks centered on the theme of “special experiences not easily found in everyday life,” tailored to customers’ tastes and lifestyles.

Having scored consecutive hits this year with △“Forest Getaway Day” in the spring, △“Table Day” and “Concert Day” in the summer, and △“Adventure Day” in the fall, SKT is preparing another major event for the end of this year. This coming December, the company is planning “Musical Day,” where it will exclusively reserve specific performances of the popular musical “Chicago” as a gift for its long-term customers.

An SKT spokesperson said, “We prepared ‘Adventure Day’ so that customers who have been with SKT for a long time can create joyful memories with their loved ones,” adding, “We plan to continue developing a variety of programs that will make SKT customers feel proud to use our services.”
