[Edaily Reporter KIM EUNG-TAE ] #SK IntelliX is set to begin full-scale global expansion of its artificial intelligence (AI) wellness robot, “NAMUHX.” The company’s strategy is to expand its overseas sales channels using Malaysia—an AI hub in Southeast Asia—as a base.

SK Intellix announced on the 15th that it held an official launch event for NAMUHX in Malaysia.
This entry into the Malaysian market marks NAMUHX’s first overseas expansion. Malaysia is a strategic hub rapidly emerging as Southeast Asia’s AI and data center hub, having recently shifted from a focus on traditional services and manufacturing to high-value-added industries based on advanced technologies such as digital and AI through national-level industrial policies. In line with these market trends, NAMUHX plans to introduce its innovative AI wellness robot to the local market to secure a leading position.
NamuX is the world’s first wellness robot that combines advanced AI technology with robotics to manage all aspects of daily life. Its key features include: △ “Air Solution,” which autonomously navigates to detect air pollution sources in specific areas and purifies the air △ “Live View,” a real-time video monitoring feature; △ an interaction feature that allows voice control of functions via an on-device large language model (LLM) even without an internet connection; and △ “Vital Sign Check,” a contactless feature that measures five key health indicators. In addition, the company has obtained “ISO/IEC 27001” certification, a global-standard data protection system.
NamuX has been recognized for its technological prowess and innovation in the global market and even won an Innovation Award at “CES 2026,” the world’s largest IT and home appliance exhibition.
SK Intellix plans to accelerate its global expansion, starting with Malaysia.
