[Edaily Reporter KYUNG GYEYOUNG ] Shinsegae Co.,Ltd announced on the 17th that it will conduct an open recruitment drive for new employees in 2027.

Ten affiliates are participating in the open recruitment: E-MART Co., Ltd.(139480), #Shinsegae Co.,Ltd Department Store, Shinsegae Property, SCK Company (Starbucks), SHINSEGAE INTERNATIONAL(031430), SHINSEGAE DF, SHINSEGAE INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION Co., SHINSEGAE FOOD, Shinsegae Central, and Shinsegae Live Shopping.

Shinsegae Co.,Ltd will accept applications from the 18th through the 12th of next month. Applicants must have graduated or be scheduled to graduate by August 2027 and must have no legal restrictions on international travel.

The results of the initial screening will be announced at the end of next month, and each company will select successful candidates through interviews in November and final interviews in December. Starting last year, Shinsegae Co.,Ltd eliminated the one-month internship program that previously followed the final interview, thereby reducing the burden and uncertainty of the hiring process. Successful candidates will join the company in January of next year without an internship and undergo the Group’s orientation training.
