[Edaily Reporter JAEMIN SONG ] LGELECTRONICS will supply large-scale light-emitting diode (LED) display screens, TVs, and home appliances—including a 152-meter-long immersive display—to Capital One Arena, a leading sports and entertainment venue in Washington, D.C.

(Photo courtesy of LGELECTRONICS) LGELECTRONICS’ U.S. subsidiary announced on the 16th (local time) that it has entered into a multi-year partnership with Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) and has been selected as the official TV, commercial display, and home appliance partner for the newly renovated Capital One Arena.
LGELECTRONICS will install direct-view LED displays on the arena’s exterior walls and inside the venue. TVs throughout the arena and digital screens in the newly constructed business and conference center will also feature LG products. ANC, a company specializing in arena technology, will be responsible for the installation and operational management of the display systems.
The centerpiece of this project is the “Visibowl” inside the arena. The walls of the existing spectator seating corridors will be replaced with a digital display stretching over 500 feet (approximately 152 meters), allowing spectators to watch live game and performance footage in real time even as they move around or use restroom facilities.

(Photo: LGELECTRONICS) The large screen will be used not only for live game broadcasts but also to provide arena information, advertisements, real-time content, and immersive videos. The Visibowl was also a finalist in the “2025 Innovation by Design Awards” hosted by the U.S. business media outlet Fast Company.
Starting with the 2026–2027 season, LGELECTRONICS will also operate “LG Collective,” a premium viewing and relaxation space within the arena. Designed as a combination of a lounge, bar, and seating area, this space will offer food and beverage service as well as a viewing experience featuring LGELECTRONICS products during games played by the Washington Wizards and the Washington Capitals.
Capital One Arena is home to the Washington Wizards of the National Basketball Association (NBA), the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL), and the Washington Mystics of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). A modernization project is currently underway to comprehensively upgrade the arena’s technical facilities and spectator amenities.
