Orchestro Cloud and KTCorporation Announce Comprehensive Collaboration on AI Business

[Edaily Reporter Shin Yeong-bin ] Orchestro Cloud has partnered with KTCorporation(030200)to expand the scope of their collaboration across the entire AI business spectrum, ranging from AI transformation services to AI data centers (AIDC) and graphics processing unit (GPU) infrastructure.

Orchestro Cloud announced on the 18th that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with KTCorporation to expand its AI business.

Through this agreement, the two companies will collaborate in five areas: △ AI Transformation (AX) △ AI Data Centers (AIDC) △ Managed AI GPUs △ AI Platforms and Cloud △ Joint Sales and Business Development.

In the AX sector, they will jointly pursue business initiatives utilizing generative AI, Agent AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and business innovation platforms. They also plan to jointly develop AI services and business innovation models tailored to the characteristics of specific industries.

In the AIDC sector, they will jointly develop data center construction and operations, as well as GPU and neural processing unit (NPU) clusters, AI factories, and sovereign AI infrastructure projects. They will also pursue the planning and commercialization of edge data centers and AI-dedicated infrastructure.

In particular, they plan to build a sovereign AI-based private cloud environment by integrating urban edge data centers with KTCorporation Cloud’s integrated AI infrastructure services, and expand related business to customers with high security requirements, such as those in the financial sector.

In the managed AI GPU sector, the companies will jointly pursue GPU operation, monitoring, and optimization services, including GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS). They will provide the GPU infrastructure necessary for AI model training and inference as an integrated service and extend this to support the deployment and operation of AI infrastructure for enterprise customers.

In the AI platform and cloud sector, the companies will combine KTCorporation’s cloud infrastructure with Orchestro Cloud’s AI platform and operational technologies to jointly commercialize machine learning operations (MLOps) and AI inference platforms. They will also collaborate on building private AI clouds and sovereign AI environments.

The two companies plan to conduct joint proposals and marketing campaigns targeting key clients and identify new AI businesses and business models in the public, financial, and enterprise markets.

Park So-ah, CEO of Orchestro Cloud, stated, “This agreement is significant in that it lays the foundation for collaboration across the entire AI business by connecting the capabilities of both companies—from AI services to data centers and GPU infrastructure.” She added, “Together with KTCorporation, we will generate tangible business results by supporting the AI transformation of public sector, financial, and enterprise customers.”
