YUNSUNG F&C Co.,Ltd announced on the 8th that it has signed a supply contract for secondary battery mixing systems. The contract amount is 13.44259 billion won, which represents 13.42% of the company’s projected consolidated revenue of 100.17513 billion won for 2025. The supply destination is the United States, and the contract period runs from October 7, 2026, to January 27, 2028. Under the terms of the contract, YUNSUNG F&C Co.,Ltd will receive an 80% down payment and a 20% balance, and will manufacture and supply the products in-house.
A mixing system is equipment used in the lithium-ion battery electrode manufacturing process to uniformly blend various raw materials and produce the slurry necessary for electrode production. YUNSUNG F&C Co.,Ltd.’s core business includes mixing systems and automation solutions for lithium-ion battery electrode manufacturing processes.
Actual delivery is scheduled to be completed by November 14, 2026. The contract termination date stated in the disclosure was set for January 27, 2028, taking into account the expected timeline for receiving payment following product delivery. The contract termination date is subject to change depending on the client’s circumstances and manufacturing schedules.
