[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] SPSoft Inc.(443670)announced on the 8th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hurom for technical cooperation aimed at building enterprise-level Agent AI and facilitating company-wide AI transformation (AX).
This agreement was established to integrate and manage Hurom’s internal data and to build a business automation system utilizing that data. The two companies plan to introduce Agent AI tailored to corporate operations based on Microsoft (MS) AI solutions.

Specifically, they will create an integrated data environment using Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, and develop customized agents for specific tasks by integrating AI platforms such as Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry.
SPSoft Inc. plans to overhaul HUROM’s internal data storage and management system and design and build Copilot-based AI agents capable of automating repetitive tasks. The company intends to integrate these agents with existing business systems—including Microsoft Teams—and application programming interfaces (APIs) to enable employees to utilize them across various work environments.
SPSoft Inc. has been operating its enterprise software licensing business—including Microsoft 365 (M365) and Copilot—primarily through its existing Microsoft Service Provider Licensing Agreement (SPLA). Recently, the company has been strengthening its AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) business by expanding its product portfolio to include Adobe’s generative AI solutions and Google Workspace (GWS).
A company official stated, “A company’s AI transformation goes beyond simply adopting Copilot; the key lies in how internal data is integrated, managed, and connected to business processes,” adding, “This MOU is significant in that it allows SPSoft Inc. to diversify its business model by designing and building AI agents centered on enterprise customers’ actual data and processes.”
The spokesperson continued, “Starting with this MOU, we will support technical consulting and implementation for AI solutions such as M365 and Azure to gradually bring Huroom’s company-wide AI transformation to fruition,” adding, “Going forward, we will expand the implementation of enterprise Agent AI across various industries to strengthen our competitiveness in the AIaaS sector.”
