CJ ENM, the distributor of the film “Paradise Lost,” announced on the 26th, “Director Yeon Sang-ho and actor Park Jung-min will attend a special GV (Q&A session with the audience) at CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall on the 29th.” Park Jung-min, who played the lead role in Director Yeon Sang-ho’s film “Face,” released last year, is lending his support to the promotional efforts. Writer Kim Se-yoon will moderate the event.

“Paradise Lost” is a psychological thriller that begins when Ryu Seon-woo, whom his mother Ryu So-young had believed to be dead after the disappearance of a camping school bus nine years ago, miraculously returns alive.

Last year’s *Face*, starring Park Jung-min, was a box office success, drawing 1 million viewers despite being produced without a large budget—relying solely on the actors’ performances and the power of the story. Building on the success of *Face*, Director Yeon Sang-ho’s low-budget projects continue with *Paradise Lost*, and Park Jung-min is stepping in to lend his support.

Having collaborated with Director Yeon Sang-ho on numerous occasions—including *Face*, *Psychokinesis*, and *Hell*—Park Jung-min is expected to share a wealth of behind-the-scenes stories from their various projects.

“Paradise Lost” continues its successful run, having surpassed 100,000 cumulative viewers just five days after its release. A stage greeting featuring Director Yeon Sang-ho and Kim Hyun-joo is scheduled for the 31st, aiming to further engage with the audience.

Previously, “Paradise Lost” was invited to the Special Presentations section of the 51st Toronto International Film Festival, where all four official screenings—totaling approximately 2,300 seats—sold out. It also garnered significant attention at the 31st Busan International Film Festival’s Gala Presentations section, where all four screenings were sold out.
