Building on our competitive edge in chillers, we plan to expand our business while broadening our portfolio to include liquid cooling products, such as cooling water distribution units (CDUs), and air-side products, such as fan wall units. In the medium to long term, the company plans to broaden its business scope beyond the supply of individual products to offer integrated cooling solutions that encompass the design, control, and maintenance of cooling systems as a whole. Through this, the company expects its revenue mix—currently centered on chillers—to gradually diversify. Regionally, the company is expanding its business primarily in the U.S., where market demand is highest, as well as into the Middle East and Asia. If the strategies for securing market share and expanding regional coverage proceed smoothly, the company expects to improve its market position and achieve economies of scale by accelerating business growth. It also anticipates that increased sales of high-value-added products and services will lead to significant improvements in profitability compared to its existing HVAC business.
