[Edaily Reporter Kang Min-koo ] Toss signed an agreement with NICE Business Platform, which operates the online investment-linked financial services (OnTu) platform “NICEabc,” at the Toss Sinnonhyeon office on the 28th, marking a move to strengthen inclusive finance for individuals with low-to-medium credit scores.
Under the agreement, the two companies have agreed to jointly develop and offer financial products to help individuals with medium-to-low credit scores—who have traditionally faced high barriers to accessing financial services due to insufficient credit or income information—secure funding more easily.

In particular, a personal credit loan product currently under development by NICE abc is scheduled to be launched on the Toss platform in the first quarter of next year. Toss plans to establish a collaborative framework for individuals with low-to-medium credit scores and support more financial consumers in accessing products that match their credit profiles and circumstances.
Toss has been expanding its platform to allow users to compare and select a variety of products from multiple financial institutions in one place. This partnership is significant in that it connects borrowers with low-to-medium credit scores—who have historically had limited financial options—to new loan products, thereby broadening their choices.
NICE ABC is a company that has supported the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through corporate supply chain finance, such as the securitization of accounts receivable and the discounting of electronic promissory notes, and plans to expand its business into the personal finance sector through this agreement.
A Toss spokesperson stated, “Even when they have the ability to repay, individuals with low-to-medium credit scores often struggle to find suitable financial products,” adding, “Through this partnership, we will broaden the range of loan products available to them and ensure that the benefits of inclusive finance reach more people.”
