This system offers the advantage of significantly expanding sales channels for suppliers while allowing public institutions to flexibly adopt products featuring verified new technologies.
The core feature of the newly designated system is that it goes beyond mere identity verification to precisely analyze whether the subject attempting entry is an “actual human face.” It detects in real time any impersonation attempts using printed photos, smartphone images, or sophisticated 3D masks.
In particular, by incorporating proprietary, patented technology, the system precisely detects the difference in how real human skin and counterfeit items react to infrared light sources. It maximizes the accuracy of fake face detection by applying an algorithm that automatically adjusts infrared illumination based on the distance to the individual. The system’s counterfeit detection performance and product reliability have been objectively verified through formal testing and certification by accredited testing institutions.
This system can be immediately deployed in key facilities requiring stringent security, including major restricted areas within government buildings, as well as data centers (IDCs), computer rooms, and C4I integrated control centers. It is expected to dramatically enhance the security levels of critical facilities and information assets by fundamentally blocking intrusion attempts that exploit masks or other disguises, while maintaining the high level of contactless convenience offered by existing facial recognition access systems.
