This single features a total of three tracks, including the title track “Call My Name,” as well as “WE UP” and “heavy.”
The title track “Call My Name,” which will serve as the centerpiece of their promotional activities, conveys the message that “because there is someone who believes in me, I can find the courage to face any situation.” It blends the fluid piano melodies of jazz pianist Yoon Seok-cheol with drum-and-bass rhythms. Members Youngjae, Shin-yu, and Do-hoon participated directly in writing the lyrics.
Their agency, Pledis Entertainment, explained, “This new album was completed following in-depth interviews with the members,” adding, “These songs, which embody TOURS’ genuine struggles and resolutions, will offer courage and comfort to those living in this era.”
This marks TOURS’ first new release in about seven months since they released their fifth mini-album, *NO TRAGEDY*, last April. They demonstrated their popularity by achieving “million-seller” status with their previous album and completed an Asian tour following the conclusion of their promotional activities.
