Shoppers Drug Mart is a leading drugstore chain operating approximately 1,300 stores across Canada. Founded in 1920 as a small pharmacy, Shoppers Drug Mart now carries a wide range of products—including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, skincare, and household goods—and has established an extensive distribution network throughout Canada. Through this expansion, MediCube has secured a sales foothold in the Canadian brick-and-mortar market and expanded its reach to local consumers. MediCube has entered all Shoppers locations, including major Canadian cities such as Toronto and Vancouver, and is selling a total of 13 products. The main products on sale include popular skincare items currently sold in the North American market, such as the △Zero Pore Pad, △PDRN Pink Peptide Ampoule, △PDRN Pink Collagen Gel Mask, and △Deep Vita C Capsule Cream. APR plans to expand its product lineup in the future, taking into account local sales trends and market conditions. MediCube’s sales success is also continuing in the Canadian online market. As of the first week of this month, MediCube has solidified its position in the local online market by placing six products—including the Zero Pore Pad—among the top 100 bestsellers in Amazon Canada’s Skincare Face category. With its upcoming launch at Costco in Canada this month, MediCube plans to strengthen its business foundation in the North American market by expanding its sales reach to major Canadian retail networks, following its entry into major U.S. retail channels. Last month, MediCube officially launched at approximately 400 Costco locations in the U.S. and diversified its sales channels by entering major U.S. brick-and-mortar retail channels such as Target and Walmart. An APR official stated, “Through our entry into major local retail channels, including Shoppers, we are expanding opportunities for Canadian consumers to experience and purchase MediCube products firsthand,” adding, “We plan to respond to local demand during key consumption periods, including the year-end shopping season, while continuously expanding our online and offline distribution networks to strengthen our business foundation in the North American market.”
