NeoImmunetech Decides on 1.5 Billion Won Third-Party Allotment Capital Increase

The capital increase will be conducted via a third-party allotment, with the allottee being Emmaus Life Sciences of the United States. The new shares consist of 683,960 common shares, and the issue price is 2,220 won (discount rate: -10%). The new shares are scheduled to be listed on the 6th of next month.
