The disposal amount represents 5.8% of the company’s total assets. The scheduled date of disposal is the 29th.
The company stated, "We originally acquired the land to establish an AI R&D center aimed at strengthening our capabilities in AI physical security, smart safety factories, and mobility solutions. However, following a review of investment priorities in light of changes in the business environment, we determined that it would be more appropriate to concentrate resources on areas directly linked to core business growth—such as technological advancement and client expansion—rather than securing a separate R&D center. Consequently, we have decided to sell the land for the same amount as the original purchase price."
