The term of office for the two outside directors is three years, effective immediately. Newly appointed Outside Director Kwon currently serves as the managing partner at F&L Partners Law Firm and has previously served as a senior prosecutor at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors’ Office, the Jeonju District Prosecutors’ Office, and the Suncheon Branch of the Gwangju District Prosecutors’ Office. Newly appointed Outside Director Song currently serves as a partner at Sun Law Firm and has previously worked as an attorney at Kim & Chang Law Firm and as a judicial researcher at the Seoul High Court and the Seoul Central District Court.
Kim Pil-su, a former outside director, voluntarily resigned yesterday for personal reasons.
