Hugel, Inc. Exercises Conversion Rights Worth 26.35 Billion Won

[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] Hugel, Inc.(145020)announced on the 13th that conversion rights totaling 26,350,270,000 won had been exercised for its second series of unregistered, unsecured private placement convertible bonds (CBs).
As a result of this conversion request, 211,140 new shares will be issued, and the new shares are scheduled to be listed on the 28th. The conversion price is 124,800 won.
With this exercise, the cumulative total of exercised conversion rights has reached 259,238 shares (2.11% of the total issued shares), and the remaining unconverted balance of the Second Series Convertible Bonds has been fully exhausted.
