[Edaily Reporter Kwon Oh Seok ] #Curiosis Inc. shares are showing strength in early trading. This appears to be driven by positive news that the company has signed a global supply agreement with German global life sciences company M for automated cell imaging products.

According to MP Doctor on the 14th, Curiosis Inc. shares were trading at 26,950 won as of 9:18 a.m., up 6.31% from the previous trading day.
Earlier today, the company issued a press release stating, “This contract was signed on the 12th (KST), and the contract period is five years starting July 7, 2026. It will automatically renew on an annual basis thereafter.” The product to be supplied is a new product based on Curiosis Inc.’s live-cell imaging system, the “Celloger® Mini Plus.”
Company M is a global biotech firm that recorded sales of 21.1 billion euros last year and employs approximately 62,000 people. The product is scheduled to be supplied to global markets through Company M’s U.S. life sciences subsidiary, ‘EMD Millipore.’
Under this agreement, M secures global sales rights for the product. However, Curiosis Inc. will be able to continue selling its own-brand products based on the same intellectual property (IP) and plans to pursue a strategy of simultaneously expanding both its global partner channels and its own sales network.
