WebCash Corporation announced on the 22nd that it has signed a supply contract with IBK Systems for the “IBK Digital Banking Rebuilding Phase 1” project, valued at approximately 8.72 billion won.
This project marks the first phase of INDUSTRIALBANKOFKOREA’s three-phase digital banking restructuring roadmap, with the core focus on building a digital platform that will serve as the foundation for future service expansion.
WebCash Corporation formed a consortium with LG CNS (#LG CNS) and Finger Inc. to win the contract and will be responsible for △building the digital platform, △rebuilding i-ONE Bank Global, and △developing AI banking services.
The platform is scheduled to be expanded and enhanced through Phase 2 platform expansion and Phase 3 platform completion projects.
Since announcing its transition to a financial Agent AI company last year, WebCash Corporation has been expanding its business in the financial sector by integrating AI technology into its existing cash management solutions.
Following its recent signing of a contract with NH Nonghyup Bank to build an “Agent AI Banking Service,” WebCash is further solidifying its position in the financial AI market by securing this digital banking project with INDUSTRIALBANKOFKOREA.
