[Edaily Reporter KIM SAE-MI ] Peptron ( Peptron, Inc.(087010)) announced on the 24th that it has applied for a building modification permit to reflect design changes aimed at expanding production and support facilities at its Osong Bio Park Plant No. 2.

According to the proposed changes, the total floor area of Plant No. 2 will be expanded 2.5 times, from the current approximately 12,000 square meters to approximately 30,000 square meters. The company expects that expanding the plant’s scale will enhance the utilization of its production and support facilities.

Peptron, Inc. is proceeding with follow-up procedures, such as selecting a construction contractor, alongside the permit amendment process. Future key developments will be disclosed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. However, specific design details and facility configurations were not disclosed.

A Peptron, Inc. official stated, “Since the detailed design specifications and facility configuration related to the building modification permit constitute commercially sensitive information tied to the company’s production technology and operational strategy, it is difficult to disclose specific details,” adding, “We will continue to provide updates on matters that can be disclosed, within the scope of compliance with relevant laws and regulations.”
