[Edaily Reporter Shin Yeong-bin ] HyundaiAutoever(307950)announced on the 29th that it posted an operating profit of 90.5 billion won in the second quarter of this year, an 11.3% increase compared to the same period last year.

Revenue for the same period reached 1.2507 trillion won, a 20.0% increase from the second quarter of last year. The growth in earnings was driven by the expansion of the enterprise IT business, including increased cloud demand from clients and support for the transition to next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

HyundaiAutoever’s business is divided into the Enterprise IT and Automotive Software (SW) segments. Revenue for the Enterprise IT segment, which includes System Integration (SI) and IT Outsourcing (ITO), reached 1.0384 trillion won in the second quarter, a 27.9% increase compared to the same period last year.

Within the Enterprise IT segment, responding to client demand for cloud migration and supporting next-generation ERP migration projects contributed to the revenue growth.

Revenue in the automotive software segment totaled 212.3 billion won, a 7.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The company explained that revenue growth slowed due to the lingering effects of U.S. tariffs and geopolitical risks that have persisted since last year.

Overseas subsidiaries posted balanced revenue growth in key regions—including the Americas, Europe, India, and China—during the first half of this year. This was driven by increased IT investment from clients and rising revenue from Connected Car Services (CCS) subscribers.
