(Photo = RBW)(Photo = RBW)RBW received final occupancy approval on the 4th for its new headquarters, located at 94 Jayang-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. The building features four basement levels, 12 above-ground floors, and a penthouse level (16 floors total), stands approximately 57 meters tall, and has a gross floor area of 2,140 square meters. The new headquarters features recording studios, choreography practice rooms, an in-house media studio, artist training spaces, and welfare and break areas for employees. RBW plans to use all floors of the building as a consolidated headquarters for its parent company and affiliates. It will relocate its office spaces—which were previously scattered across various locations, including 129 Jayang-ro in Gwangjin-gu, Jangan-dong in Dongdaemun-gu, and Yangjae-dong in Seocho-gu—to the new headquarters. In addition, major affiliates such as DSP Media and Strange Lab are also scheduled to move into the new headquarters. Kim Jin-woo, CEO of RBW, stated, “With our existing business divisions, affiliates, and artist roster all gathered in one place, we expect to significantly streamline our decision-making processes and improve content production efficiency.” He added, “Based on this, once our performance in the global market gains full momentum, we anticipate that the company’s earnings growth and rise in corporate value will accelerate even further.” RBW’s roster includes Mamamoo, Oh My Girl, KARD, Youngp.C, ONE.W, Ahn Ye-eun, Kwon Eun-bi, and X-Love.
