As the transition to artificial intelligence (AX) gains momentum, the company has doubled the number of positions for key on-site roles—including network operations and customer service for corporate and individual clients—compared to last year.

KTCorporation announced that it will conduct recruitment for new college graduate hires from the 25th through the 7th of next month. The recruitment areas are ▲Network Infrastructure Operations, ▲B2B Consulting & Sales, and ▲B2C Marketing & Sales.

This recruitment drive is focused on securing personnel to work directly with customers and in the field. These roles involve operating network infrastructure and providing services tailored to corporate and individual customers.

KTCorporation evaluates candidates’ ability to apply AI in real-world work situations rather than merely their theoretical knowledge of AI. The company plans to present job-specific scenarios and assess how candidates utilize AI in the problem-solving process.

The company places greater emphasis on actual job performance capabilities than on applicants’ credentials. It conducts a comprehensive evaluation of their experiences, the roles they have held, the approaches they took to solve problems, and the results they achieved.
