The accompanying track, “Dear My Crazy Soulmate,” also reached No. 2 on the Melon Hot 100 and Bugs Real-Time Chart, as well as No. 3 on the Genie Top 200, demonstrating strong initial momentum for both songs.
This single is significant not only because it marks her first new release in about a year since “Bye, Summer” last September but also because it serves as a pre-release track for her sixth full-length album. Featuring Kim Young-ok, Na Moon-hee, IU, Shim Dal-gi, and Esom, the video centers on the friendship between longtime friends, blending humor with heartwarming moments. The premise—in which they reunite in a prison to celebrate a birthday together—and the actors’ natural performances further enhanced the song’s atmosphere.
