At the event, the company introduced features centered on “SmartThings,” its AI-based integrated connectivity platform, designed to reduce household chores and manage energy efficiently. The venue was organized into three experience zones: air conditioners, kitchen appliances, and home care and reliability.
In the air conditioner experience zone, the company demonstrated its “Wind-Free” technology, which maintains indoor temperature without direct airflow. It also introduced five airflow control technologies that adjust the direction and intensity of the airflow based on the situation, utilizing the “Motion Blade”—the airflow vane of the “Bespoke AI Wind-Free Pro” air conditioner.

This feature helps maintain an optimal indoor environment based on the user’s sleep status, even in hot weather.
In the kitchen appliance experience zone, the company demonstrated “Now Brief,” which provides personalized information such as schedules and weather via the screen of the “Bespoke AI Family Hub” refrigerator. It also introduced the “Family Care” feature, which detects the appliance usage patterns of parents living apart and helps check on their well-being if any abnormalities are detected.

With “Home Appliance Remote Management (HRM),” professional consultants remotely analyze the product’s condition and guide users on necessary actions.
SamsungElectronics, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary of entering the Indian market this year, plans to expand its AI home appliance experience to encompass not only products tailored to local lifestyles but also after-sales service. Previously, the company held tech seminars for local media and influencers in São Paulo, Brazil, and Mexico City, Mexico.
Lee Sang-jik, Executive Vice President of SamsungElectronics’ Digital Appliances (DA) Division, stated, “The true value of AI home appliances lies in enhancing consumers’ daily lives and quality of life,” adding, “We will continue to develop AI technologies that reflect regional environments and cultures.”
