The company plans to enhance shareholder value by expanding its global operations and improving the profitability of its bakery and food businesses, while increasing its medium- to long-term dividend payout ratio to 30%.

SAMLIP announced this mid- to long-term management strategy in a regulatory filing on the 29th. The company set its standalone performance targets for 2030 at 2.1 trillion won in revenue and an operating profit margin of 8%.

The company identified the expansion of global sales, the stabilization of the bakery business, and the improvement of its profitability as key strategies for achieving these goals. For the food business, the company plans to restructure its portfolio to focus on sectors with high growth potential and profitability. Establishing a culture of safety was also included in the mid-to-long-term core strategies.

The company also plans to expand shareholder returns. SAMLIP aims to increase dividends with a target medium- to long-term dividend payout ratio of 30% and plans to enhance shareholder value through responsible management and transparent communication.
