GENIANS, INC. announced on the 30th that it had been selected as a “2026 Korea’s Top Job-Creating Company.” The “Korea’s Top Job-Creating Companies” program carefully selects private companies that have taken the lead in creating quality jobs through job creation achievements, the promotion of work-life balance, and improvements to the work environment.

Selected companies receive financial and administrative support.

GENIANS, INC. explained that it was recognized for increasing the hiring of young people, expanding flexible work arrangements, and promoting the reorganization of work processes using artificial intelligence (AI).

The company has increased youth employment, particularly at the junior level, and evaluates candidates based on their competencies rather than academic background or gender during the hiring process. It also implements remote work and staggered work hours, and operates “Family Day” on the third Friday of every month, when employees finish work at noon.

Since August, the company has been participating in Gyeonggi Province’s pilot program for a 4.5-day workweek. Rather than simply reducing working hours, the company has prioritized increasing productivity by automating repetitive tasks with AI.
