This project involves the development of an apartment complex comprising eight buildings with 1,315 units—ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 46 stories above ground—along with neighborhood amenities in the area around Lot 62, Yongho-dong, Seongsan-gu, Changwon. The total construction cost is approximately 738.1 billion won.
The site is close to schools such as Yongnam Elementary School, Bansong Middle School, and Changwon Jungang High School, and is adjacent to the Gyeongnam Provincial Government Office, Changwon City Hall, and daily convenience facilities such as department stores and large supermarkets. Yongji Lake Park is located to the south of the complex.
SAMSUNG C&T CORPORATION has proposed “RAEMIAN CLIER” as the new complex name. The company has presented a plan to adjust the orientation and spacing of the residential buildings to maximize views of Yongji Lake, expanding the number of units with lake views from 584 in the original design to 955.
Community facilities will also be specialized. The development will secure approximately 3.4 pyeong of community space per household and plans to offer 55 programs, including a multipurpose gym, study rooms, and cultural class rooms. Community facilities featuring a sky lounge and a guest house are planned for the 46th floor.
In the center of the complex, a plaza spanning approximately 6,500 pyeong will be created, featuring 14 themed gardens and approximately 2.4 km of walking trails. Inside the units, the design will include 2.5-meter-high ceilings and open floor plans with windows on three sides.
In addition, SAMSUNG C&T CORPORATION plans to introduce an AI-based parking guidance system, the “HomeNic” home platform, and technology to reduce noise transmission between floors.
Lim Cheol-jin, Head of the Housing Sales Division at SAMSUNG C&T CORPORATION, stated, “We have proposed a distinctive design that takes into account the outstanding location and natural environment of the Yongho 1 District,” adding, “We will bring together all of SAMSUNG C&T CORPORATION’s design, technical, and quality capabilities to create a premier landmark.”
