[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] Singer Yoon Hang-ki has changed the date of his 65th-anniversary tribute concert, “I Am Happy Thanks to You All.”

According to the concert organizers on the 28th, the event will take place at 7:00 p.m. on December 29 at the Art Hall Mac in the Mapo Arts Center in Seoul. It was originally scheduled to be held at the same venue on the 24th, but the date was postponed.
The organizers explained, “We had no choice but to change the schedule in order to present a more polished performance. This decision was made after comprehensively reviewing the cast’s schedules and production conditions to more faithfully realize the concert’s original concept and significance.”
Yoon Hang-ki, who debuted in 1959 on the “A-One Show”—a stage produced by the U.S. 8th Army—went on to perform as a solo artist after his time with the group “Key Boys” and was beloved for songs such as “Rose-Colored Scarf,” “On a Starry Night,” “What Am I Supposed to Do,” and “I Am Happy.”
The 65th-anniversary tribute concert was originally planned for 2024 but was postponed due to health issues and other factors, and is finally taking place this year. The concert will feature several younger singers, including Jang Mi-hwa, Choi Baek-ho, Kim Soo-hee, Jo Hang-jo, Yoo Hyun-sang, Jeon Young-rok, Choi Hee-sun, and So Chan-hwi. In-soon, who was originally part of the lineup, withdrew due to the schedule changes, and Jang Sa-ik has been added to the lineup.
The organizers stated, “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the schedule change to the audience members who have been waiting so long for this concert,” and asked for their understanding. They also announced plans to issue refunds to those who had previously purchased tickets but are unable to attend the concert on the revised date.
