[Edaily Reporter LEE YUNHWA ] “Regarding shareholder returns, there was a certain balance between share buybacks and dividends up until last year. This year, we are setting dividends at around 2.6 trillion won, and the remainder is being addressed through share buybacks and cancellations to meet our TSR (Total Shareholder Return) target. At the 2024 CEO Investor Day, we announced a commitment to a minimum dividend of 10,000 won and a TSR of 35%. Given the current changes in the business environment, we have been considering how to incorporate shareholder value returns into our overall value-up program. Until then, we believe we must maintain a minimum dividend of 10,000 won. We will share our revised shareholder return plan once our deliberations are complete. We understand that the market is calling for a balance with dividends, and we are aware of this. We will carefully listen to the opinions of the market and our shareholders and formulate a plan accordingly.”
