AI Korea Co., Ltd. is participating in “2026 Data Center Korea,” taking place at the aT Center in Yangjae, Seoul, through the 6th. At this exhibition, the company will introduce AI servers and cooling solutions from its global server partners and showcase its in-house developed server racks and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for server replacement. It will also unveil the development concept for its rack-mounted cooling water distribution unit (In-Rack CDU) for the first time.

Among the products on display is a lineup of robots designed to support the maintenance of heavy equipment in AI data centers. The “RS-1” is a robot that recognizes AprilTag visual markers to dock with 1-millimeter precision, then automatically transports and installs server racks. The “TS-1” supports the removal and replacement of compute trays weighing up to 30 kg by lifting and lowering them unmanned.

The company also introduced the “MTS-1,” a manually operated device. It features remote-controlled navigation and an electric lift function to ensure convenient use by operators in confined server room environments. It utilizes 12 ball transfer units and roller shelves to assist with tray movement and replacement tasks.

AI Korea Co., Ltd. envisions improving on-site operational efficiency by having robots and carts handle the movement and replacement of heavy equipment, while operators perform detailed cable work. Through this approach, the company plans to ensure operator safety while increasing data center uptime.

The company is also proposing a business model that integrates AI servers with cooling infrastructure. This approach takes into account the client’s server specifications, cooling demands, installation environment, and future expansion plans to provide a comprehensive solution—from equipment selection to cooling infrastructure design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance. At the exhibition booth, AI Korea will offer technical consultations and discuss collaboration opportunities with data center operators, construction contractors, and companies considering the adoption of AI servers.

AI Korea Co., Ltd. is applying the EPC capabilities it has accumulated through the construction of large-scale battery plants to its data center business. The company has experience executing infrastructure construction projects—including Central Electrolyte Supply Systems (CESS) and utility piping and ductwork—at overseas plants for South Korea’s three major battery manufacturers. Leveraging its precision fluid control technology and prefabrication (Prefab) technology, which involves pre-manufacturing piping at the factory, the company is also expanding its data center cooling infrastructure business.

In particular, the In-Rack CDU—being unveiled for the first time at this exhibition—is a cooling water distribution unit installed inside server racks. As the proliferation of high-density AI servers increases the importance of cooling efficiency and space utilization, this move reflects the company’s efforts to secure relevant technical capabilities through in-house development.

AI Korea Co., Ltd. stated, “As high-density AI servers become more widespread, integrated deployment capabilities that consider server performance, cooling efficiency, and on-site infrastructure together are becoming increasingly important.” The official added, “We will strengthen our competitiveness in the AI data center integrated infrastructure business by combining our EPC capabilities and precision fluid control technology with AI server and cooling solutions from global partners, as well as through the development of our own CDU.”
