SPSoft Inc. has obtained Google Workspace (GWS) partner status, and as a result, has added GWS and Gemini to its existing AIaaS (AI as a Service) business, which centers on Microsoft 365 and Copilot. By proposing both Microsoft and Google products based on customers’ work environments and organizational characteristics, the company can now acquire new customers and expand its business with existing ones.

GWS is a cloud-based work platform that integrates enterprise collaboration tools such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet. With the recent integration of AI features like Gemini, its scope of application is expanding to include tasks such as workflow automation.

SPSoft Inc. operates an enterprise software licensing business—including Microsoft 365 and Copilot—based on its domestic Microsoft Software License Agreement (SPLA). Following its acquisition of Adobe VIP Marketplace (MP) partner status earlier this year, the company has launched an integrated software platform combining Microsoft Copilot and Adobe solutions and is also collaborating with Zoom.

With the acquisition of GWS partner status, SPSoft Inc. plans to expand its scope beyond software supply to encompass enterprise cloud work environment services, including customer environment analysis, implementation design, data migration, technical support, and operational management.
