[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyun-ah ] NC AI, a subsidiary of NCsoftCorporation(036570), will participate in “LEAP 2026,” a global technology exhibition held in Saudi Arabia, to showcase its physical AI technology and expand into the Middle Eastern market.
NC AI announced on the 31st that it will operate a joint pavilion for the “Korea Full-Stack AI Consortium” at LEAP 2026, taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from August 31 to September 3.
LEAP 2026 is a global technology exhibition hosted by the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), among others. This year’s event is expected to attract more than 201,000 visitors from 203 countries, with over 1,000 representatives from global companies and speakers in attendance.
NC AI is participating in the Korea Full-Stack AI Consortium, led by the Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association (KOSA). Together with domestic companies such as Megazone Cloud, Upstage, FuriosaAI, and URACLE. Co. Ltd, it will showcase Korea’s integrated AI technology capabilities—ranging from AI semiconductors to cloud and infrastructure, and AI models—to the Middle Eastern market.
At this exhibition, NC AI will introduce its full-stack physical AI technology centered on the industry-specific AI “VAETKI.” The company plans to present a unified technological framework that includes digital twins for creating virtual spaces, world models for understanding the physical world, and robot foundation models for controlling actions in real-world environments.
In particular, the company will conduct demonstrations using “VARCO 3D” and “VAETKI Twin.” It will showcase a digital twin depicting the operational status of a logistics center, as well as 3D virtual environments of urban landscapes, buildings, and the LEAP 2026 exhibition hall to visitors.
VARCO 3D is a technology that generates 3D content based on text or images. NC AI explained that utilizing this technology can reduce the time and cost required to build digital twins.
NC AI is also targeting the demand for AI Transformation (AX) in Saudi Arabia’s local industries. Drawing on the technology and experience accumulated in domestic industries such as shipbuilding and defense, the company plans to propose Physical AI solutions applicable to manufacturing automation and unmanned defense systems.
During the exhibition, the company will introduce its technologies to Saudi government officials and local businesses, and will participate in company pitches and networking events within the joint pavilion. It also plans to pursue local business collaborations among the consortium member companies.
Lee Yeon-soo, CEO of NC AI, stated, “LEAP 2026 is an important opportunity to showcase technologies proven in South Korea’s industrial sector to the global market,” adding, “We will promote Korea’s full-stack AI capabilities to the global market and generate tangible business results through collaboration with local partners.”
