Park Woo-jin debuted in 2017 as a member of the project boy group Wanna One, which was formed from the debut lineup of Mnet’s “Produce 101” Season 2. Starting in 2019, he was active as a member of the boy group AB6IX, launched by Brand New Music, and has been pursuing a solo career alongside that since 2023.
This marks his first solo release in one year and six months since he released the single “Cool & Hot” last April. This new album is also his first release since joining his current agency, Para Music.
The album features four tracks, including the title track “STAMINA,” as well as “SYNCOPATION,” “Come Back,” and “C-119.” Park Woo-jin personally participated in writing the lyrics for three of the tracks, excluding “C-119.”
The title track “STAMINA” is a tech-house track that explores the themes of confidence and determination in constantly pushing beyond one’s limits. Para Music stated, “The track blends a thrilling beat with Park Woo-jin’s captivating mid-to-low vocal range.”
Park Woo-jin will release the full album on various online music platforms at 6:00 p.m. today. At 8:00 p.m., he will hold a comeback showcase at X-Color in Jung-gu, Seoul, to meet with fans.
Meanwhile, Park Woo-jin’s group, AB6IX, entered a hiatus following their 7th-anniversary concert held last April.
