[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyun-ah ] KRAFTON(259960)is hiring more than 100 new graduates. This is the company’s largest-ever open recruitment drive for new graduates, and it will select candidates across six job categories ranging from AI research to game development and business.
KRAFTON announced that it will accept applications for the “2027 KRAFTON Hiring-Linked Internship” from the 13th through the 23rd. The recruitment fields are AI research, tech, support, business, game development (programming), and game development (planning). Graduates and soon-to-be graduates from universities in Korea and abroad are eligible to apply.
The evaluation will focus on AI application skills, general problem-solving abilities, and global competencies. In particular, the company will place special emphasis on the ability to quickly learn and solve problems using AI. The selection process consists of a document review, a personality and aptitude test, an AI competency assessment, and an interview. The AI competency assessment will utilize “Cofa-Probe,” a proprietary recruitment and evaluation solution developed in-house.
Applications will be accepted through October 23 on KRAFTON’s recruitment website. Following tests and interviews in November and December, the final list of successful candidates will be announced in January 2027. Successful candidates will join the company in February 2027 and work as interns for five months; based on their evaluation results, a decision on whether to convert them to full-time employees will be made in July of the same year.
Starting with this recruitment drive, KRAFTON plans to make the open recruitment of new graduates with AI capabilities an annual tradition.
Han So-young, Head of HR at KRAFTON, stated, “As we expand our AI-based new businesses, the need for people to help lead these efforts has grown,” adding, “We will create new business opportunities by combining the capabilities of AI-native junior professionals with the expertise of our existing organization.”
