Nota Inc. announced on the 20th that it facilitated hands-on sessions on the “Arm AI Model Optimizer” for global developers at the “Arm Create 2026” workshop held in San Jose, USA.

The Arm AI Model Optimizer is a core component of the Arm AI Portal and is built on Nota Inc.’s AI optimization platform, Netzpresso.

It helps developers optimize their own AI models for their target hardware environments to ensure the necessary performance and efficiency. It is currently available to developers as an early access program.

Global Developers Optimize Models Themselves

During this workshop, developers from the Arm ecosystem optimized their AI models themselves and reviewed the execution results.

Developers explored how to integrate the Arm AI Model Optimizer into their existing development workflows, the range of supported AI models and hardware, and methods for comparing performance before and after optimization. There were also questions about how to evaluate the tool within their own development environments.

Even after the workshop, participating developers can continue to test the tool on their own AI models and hardware environments through Early Access and provide feedback.

Based on this, Nota Inc. and Arm plan to accumulate real-world use cases across various model and hardware environments and improve the tool’s features and usability.

Improving Execution Efficiency Through Quantization and Graph Optimization
The Arm AI Model Optimizer utilizes Netzpresso’s model quantization and graph optimization to reduce the computational load and memory requirements of AI models while improving execution efficiency.

The company explains that as AI models become larger and more complex, the importance of optimization technologies that efficiently run models on various Arm-based hardware—including not only the cloud but also the edge and physical AI—is growing.

Nota Inc. plans to expand the practical scope of Netzpresso through this outreach to developers, aiming to drive adoption among enterprise customers and create global business opportunities.

Chae Myeong-su, CEO of Nota Inc., said, “We organized this workshop to support developers worldwide in utilizing the Netzpresso-based Arm AI model optimizer during the development of actual products and services,” adding, “Based on the optimization requirements identified within the Arm developer ecosystem, we will strengthen Netzpresso’s competitiveness and expand global business opportunities.”

Sharvani Roy, Vice President of Arm AI and Developer Platforms, said, “The Arm AI Portal accelerates the development of Arm-based AI applications by providing a unified platform for pre-optimized AI models, performance analytics, and optimization tools.” She added, “The Arm AI Model Optimizer helps developers optimize their own models to meet the required performance and efficiency requirements.”
